Ownership: The Materials provided by ACE Academy, including but not limited to digital products, programs, courses, and any associated content, are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the sole property of ACE Academy or its licensors. You acknowledge that all rights, title, and interest in the Materials belong to ACE Academy.
1.2. Limited License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ACE Academy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Materials solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, or publicly display or perform any part of the Materials without prior written permission from ACE Academy.
Refunds
2.1. Non-Refundable Products: All digital products, programs, courses, or other Materials classified as such by ACE Academy are non-refundable. Due to the nature of intellectual properties and the inability to unlearn or retract knowledge gained after exposure and access, we do not offer refunds for our Materials.
User Conduct
3.1. Prohibited Activities: When accessing or using the Materials, you agree not to engage in any conduct that:
a. Violates any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
b. Infringes or violates the intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of ACE Academy or any third party.
c. Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Materials, accounts, or systems related to ACE Academy.
d. Interferes with or disrupts the functionality or integrity of the Materials or the ACE Academy website.
e. Harasses, intimidates, or threatens any other users or individuals associated with ACE Academy.
Limitation of Liability
4.1. Disclaimer: The Materials provided by ACE Academy are for educational and informational purposes only. We make no guarantees or warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of the Materials. You acknowledge that your use of the Materials is at your own risk.
4.2. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ACE Academy and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Materials.
Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the ACE Academy website. Your continued use of the Materials after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ohio jurisdiction.
